1. Auction FormatThis is an online-only auction conducted through the HiBid platform. Bidding will begin closing at 7:00 PM on Thursday, May 28th with a soft close format.

2. Buyer�s PremiumA 15% Buyer�s Premium will be added to the final high bid to determine the total purchase price.

3. Sales TaxAll purchases are subject to 6.75% North Carolina sales tax, unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to checkout.

4. Payment Terms (IMPORTANT) Payment is due in full at auction close. Vehicles and Trailers:Payment must be made by Certified Cashier�s Check ONLY, made payable to:United Country Forbes Realty & Auctions, LLC
All other items can be paid for via credit card through Hi Bid. No items will be released until payment has been received and verified in full.

6. Auction Preview DatesSaturday, May 16th from 11:00 AM � 3:00 PMSaturday, May 23rd from 11:00 AM � 2:00 PM. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend preview and inspect items prior to bidding.

7. Pickup / Removal DateAll vehicles, trailers, and outdoor items must be removed on:Saturday, May 30th from 11:00 AM � 3:00 PM. No exceptions unless approved in advance by the auctioneer Items not removed may be considered abandoned with no refund

8. Vehicles & Equipment Condition (VERY IMPORTANT) ALL VEHICLES ARE NON-RUNNINGVehicles, trailers, and equipment are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS Condition, operability, and completeness are unknown and not guaranteed! Buyers are responsible for inspection prior to bidding

9. Titles & Bill of Sale (CRITICAL)Some vehicles and trailers may not have titlesANY VEHICLE OR TRAILER WITHOUT A TITLE IS SOLD FOR PARTS ONLY A bill of sale will be provided where applicable NO GUARANTEE of title availability is made! Auction firm and seller will NOT assist with obtaining titles, duplicate titles, or registration under any circumstances

10. Load-Out Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT) Buyers are 100% responsible for removal. Buyers must bring ALL necessary equipment (trailers, winches, cranes, etc.) Their own labor and assistance. Auction firm has NO equipment on site and will NOT assist with loading

11. Removal Risk & LiabilityAll removal is performed at the buyer�s sole risk! Buyers assume full responsibility for:Injury Property damage Damage to the site. Auction firm and seller are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages
