1. Auction FormatThis is an online-only auction conducted through the HiBid platform. All bidding will take place online with a soft close beginning at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 26th.

2. Buyer�s PremiumA 15% Buyer�s Premium will be added to the final high bid to determine the total purchase price.

3. Sales TaxAll purchases are subject to 6.75% North Carolina sales tax, unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to checkout.

4. Payment TermsPayment is due in full at auction close.Accepted forms of payment: Cash, approved check, or credit/debit card (if applicable through HiBid). No items will be released until payment has been received in full.

5. No Shipping � Local Pickup OnlyNO SHIPPING IS OFFERED.All items must be picked up at:380 Fort Island RoadEure, NC

6. Auction Pickup Times: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup times:Wednesday, May 27th from 2:00 PM � 6:00 PM Saturday, May 30th from 10:00 AM � 3:00 PM. Any items not picked up during these times may be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Auction PreviewPreview Date:Saturday, May 16th from 11:00 AM � 3:00 PMWe strongly encourage all bidders to attend preview and inspect items prior to bidding. 2nd Preview Date May 23rd 11:00 AM-2:00 PM.

8. Load-Out / RemovalBuyers are solely responsible for the removal of their items.Bring your own labor and equipment (dollies, tools, help, etc.) Auction staff will not assist with loadingPlease come prepared to remove your purchases safely and efficiently
