Directions: Take Michigan Avenue US 12 to Auction. The Auction is West of Clinton Michigan and East of Brooklyn and Onsted Michigan. Auction is on the South side of US 12, look for signs. Tipton is located in the Irish Hills Area.

Auction details:

The Super Auction feature's three rings of great items that change every hour.

Parking: There is plenty of parking for  Trucks, Trailers, Handicapped, and More! Our parking attendees will assist in making sure everyone is parked appropriately and efficiently being careful to make sure  no one gets parked in.

Bathrooms: There are two private restrooms on site, both are located in the Tan Main Building.

Food: There will be a Food Truck. They are serving ice cold beverages and other snacks

Inspection: Day before Auction, Noon to 4 PM and Auction Day 8:30 AM.

Absentee bidding: Attached to this listing there's an absentee bidder form that can be filled out and emailed to David Helmer- davidghelmer@gmail.com- if you are unable to attend, however, still wish to participate in the auction. Please read the terms & conditions before submitting
