All Restaurant Equipment was used within the last 2 years- lot of it as late as September 2025! Tuesday May 5th @ 10am 5121 Michigan Ave., Tipton, Michigan 49287 Directions: Take Michigan Ave (US-12) to Auction. The Auction is West of Clinton MI and East of Brooklyn and Onsted MI. The auction is on the South side of US 12 - look for signs. Tipton is located in the Irish Hills area
Lancer-4 head fountain. This was last used Oct. 2025. 4 head post mix dispenser for both carbonated and non carbonated drinks. Requires carbonator, water, syrup, CO2
Cornelius 5 head fountain. Last used Sept. 2025. 4 head post mix dispenser for both carbonated and non carbonated drinks. Requires carbonator, water, syrup, CO2
Flavorburst FB80. This system is used in conjunction with Taylor soft serve machines. It injects a flavored syrup into soft serve ice cream, in a distinctive swirl pattern. Last used October 2024.
Taylor 428. Frozen drink machine can be used for slush products, or dairy or non dairy ice cream. Large 20 quart capacity. Last used Sept. 2024
Flurry mixers-can be used for regular milkshakes or blending candy bits into soft serve ice cream to create Blizzard type desserts.
Comstock Castle PO19 Oven. Propane oven for any hot product including pizza. Last used Sept. 2025. Requires propane and the oven needs three baking stones or steel decks.
Nemco Electric oven for any hot product including pizza. Requires 220 power. Last used Sept. 2025. Needs two stones or steel decks.
Galaxy 10 quart mixer-used for pizza dough in Sept. 2025. With additional attachments (not included) can mix a variety of products.
2-misc. 8 quart mixers. See above description, used as “back up” in the event that more capacity was needed.

Lincoln impinger 1302 ovens. Require 220 power, will continually produce any baked product up to 16” fresh dough pizzas. Both ovens are working, and were last used in Sept. 2025.
3 compartment sink with faucet and drains. Last used Sept. 2025 Stainless steel table. Last used Sept. 2025.
Crathco Two head refrigerated drink machine. Used for non carbonated beverages, iced teas or water. Last used Sept. 2025
Donper Slush machine. Used for non carbonated “Slushee” type drinks. Purchased new in March 2025. Last used August 2025
