Please read all terms and conditions prior to bidding. Personal property and equipment are offered under the terms below. By registering and bidding, you agree to be bound by these terms. All sales are final.









Event Overview





Auction Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025

Auction Location: 5498 Glen Lily Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101

Personal Property Start Time: 12:00 PM (CST)

Pickup Window (same day): 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (CST)





Buyer’s Premium & Fees



Buyer’s Premium: 10% added to the high bid to determine the final purchase price.

Credit Card Convenience Fee: 5% on card transactions (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Note: The convenience fee applies to the payment method only and is separate from the 10% buyer’s premium.





Payment Terms



Payment Due: 100% due the day of the auction.

Accepted Forms: Cash, credit card, or Official Bank Check.

On-Site Only: In-person payment and pickup required.









Sales Tax





Kentucky Sales Tax: 6% will be added to invoices for taxable items.

Exemptions: To remove tax, you must provide a valid Kentucky resale or exemption certificate and complete Noel Auctioneers & Real Estate Advisors’ Tax Exemption Form before payment is processed.

Exemptions filed with other platforms (e.g., HiBid) are not valid with Noel Auctioneers. Exemptions are kept on file for up to one year from submission.









Inspection / Preview





If a preview is posted, appointments may be required and time slots may be limited. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items to their satisfaction prior to bidding. All items sell “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.









Condition & Warranties (AS-IS, WHERE-IS)





Descriptions are believed correct but not guaranteed. Bidders must rely on their own inspections, inquiries, and due diligence. The Seller and Noel Auctioneers & Real Estate Advisors (Agents/Representatives) assume no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All sales are final.





Firearms



FFL Transfer Fee: $30 per firearm (added to the invoice).

ID Required: Bring your confirmation and a valid photo ID for pickup.

Shipping (if requested): Firearm shipping is handled by a third-party FFL. Additional shipping/handling/materials/postage will be billed to the buyer (minimum handling charge $25). Costs vary by size/weight/delicacy and destination. Valid proof of identity is required prior to shipment.









Automotive Vehicles & Equipment





Titles & Tax: For titled vehicles/equipment, no sales tax is charged on the auction invoice. The buyer pays any applicable tax when transferring the title at their county DMV. If a title has an existing lien, it will be released once paid off (may take up to 14 business days). Titles will be signed/notarized by the seller before release.

Non-Titled Equipment (e.g., trailers, tractors): Sales tax applies; a bill of sale will be provided.

Descriptions: Believed accurate but not guaranteed. Verify any details important to you before bidding.







Removal, Pickup & Shipping



Removal Deadline: All items must be removed within the stated pickup window (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM CST, auction day), unless otherwise posted/arranged with the auctioneer.

Failure to Remove: May result in storage fees and/or forfeiture without refund.

Shipping by Buyer: Noel Auctioneers does not provide shipping for general merchandise or vehicles/equipment. Buyers must arrange third-party shippers and coordinate pickup during posted hours. Please notify Noel Auctioneers of your shipper’s scheduled time.







Auctioneer’s Rights & Bidding Conduct





The auctioneer controls bidding increments and may resolve any disputes and/or reopen bidding at their discretion.

With the seller’s permission, Noel Auctioneers & Real Estate Advisors, Agents, Representatives, and staff may bid and buy.

Noel Auctioneers may bid on behalf of absentee bidders (when applicable) and may enter bids on the seller’s behalf, except in absolute offerings.









Default & Penalties



Any fraudulent bidding or failure to make proper payment when due may result in legal action.

Unpaid invoices after the allotted time may be charged to the card presented at registration, and items may be forfeited.

Delinquencies may bar participation in future auctions conducted by Noel Auctioneers & Real Estate Advisors.







Agency





Noel Auctioneers & Real Estate Advisors holds an exclusive right-to-sell listing for this transaction. All negotiations are conducted through Noel Auctioneers & Real Estate Advisors.







Loyalty Program (If Applicable)



To redeem a Noel Auctioneers Loyalty reward, present the physical loyalty card to the cashier at pickup. Rewards apply to one transaction/auction pickup at a time and may only be used by the original cardholder.



Updates & Changes



Terms may be updated at any time before or during the auction. It is the bidder’s responsibility to check for posted changes.
