All online bidders will be invoiced after completion of auction, through the email address registered with.

After day of auction, Wednesday, October 22nd all cards on file will be ran or contact 219-851-6516 to make arrangements for other payment methods prior to bidding.

Day of Auction you may pay with Cash, Good check, Credit Card accepted with a 4% fee, or wire transfer accepted with a $15 transfer fee added to total invoice.

No items will be released until payment is made in full.

Titles:
Once you are the winning bidder on an item with a title attached and payment is made in full, all paperwork will be completed by Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC. All titles will be filled out with the new name of purchaser, address, date of sale, and total price paid.

Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC (LALLC) reserves the right to hold all titles if paid by check for 14 days more or less, until funds are secured. If we do not have possession of the title upon time of the auction, it will be stated in description of the cataloged lots. We will send the title out as soon as we have possession of the title. All titles are sent USPS and certified. A signature will need to be provided at time of delivery.

Pick Up/ Load OUT

NO LOADER WILL BE ONSITE, BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ANY NECESSARY EQUIPMENT FOR LOADING THEIR PURCHASES.

No shipping is available.

Pick Up is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items must be picked up within stated load out days (unless other arrangements have been made)

Load Out Dates: Day of Auction until 3pm cst.


Items not picked up after stated load out dates, will be forfeited (unless other arrangements have been made)
