BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS(S) UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: General Terms of the Auction: Information is subject to change. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer as we provide as many pictures as possible and describe any imperfections we see. Items are available to be inspected by appointment and recommended if you have concerns. All sales are final. All statements made prior to the sale of any item take precedence over written material and any prior verbal statements. Lost River Auction Service is not responsible for accidents, thefts, errors or omissions. 1. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. 2. Buyer�s Premium & Sales Tax: There is a 10% buyer�s premium added to your total purchase. Please factor this into your bidding online. Sales tax will be collected on the total, if applicable, at a rate of 7% per Indiana sales tax laws. 3. Registration: In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between Lost River Auction Service and the bidder throughout any transactions. We also require you to register with a credit/debit card. The card information is not retained and no charges for items won will be made to these cards. Lost River Auction Service reserves the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person�s credentials, mental fitness, etc. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. If the registered bidder�s user name is offensive to Lost River Auction Service or in their sole opinion detrimental to Bidding Activity, then Lost River Auction Service reserves the right to delete the bidder from bidding or unilaterally change the username with notification to the Bidder. When using the web site you must obey any and all local state and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges. 4. Payments: For this auction you may only pay by a WIRE TRANSFER payment from bank account to the Lost River Auction Service bank account. 5. Pickup Day: On or after Wednesday, November 12, 2025 (based on verification that the wire transfer of payment is complete). 6. Shipping: Not Available by Lost River Auction Service. Buyer can arrange a third partry shipper. 7. Preview Day: Sunday, November 9 from 3 - 5 pm EST or by appointment. 8. Unpaid Balances: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by Lost River Auction Service in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due Lost River Auction Service and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser�s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Orange County, Indiana. 9. Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Lost River Auction Service reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. In the event of these issues happening during the actual closing of the auction, all previous bids on lots affected in the auction can be cancelled. Neither the company providing the software, nor Lost River Auction Service, shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. |

We have been commissioned to sell a fully restored 1949 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup Truck. Grant County Officer Mike "Shoes" Andry bought this truck and was beginning his dream of restoring it but was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident shortly after beginning the restoration. To fulfill his dream the family had the truck fully restored from the ground up including powder coating the frame. After some time with the family they have decided it's time to pass on Mike's dream to someone else.
There are only 270 miles on the truck since the restoration with most being parades and Memorial rides in his honor.
There is an elevated starting bid and NO RESERVE after the first bid is placed. 1 1949 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup Truck 1/2 Ton. Frame off restoration.
