Pickup is Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 9am until 3pm EST only, at 1 Waterman Avenue, Toronto.

Winning bidders may request an alternate pickup day and time. Email timothyloughmiller@gmail.com after winning and prior to Sunday, October 5, AND pay your invoice in full via Etransfer to timothy@timothyestatesales.com by midnight Saturday, October 4, 2025.

There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases.

Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up with a verifiable invoice. Goverment issued photo identification may be required. Shipping is not available.

All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described, and may not be suitable for intended purposes.

By exiting the pickup location buyers agree that they have all the items that they purchased and accept them in their current condition.
