All sales final. All sales as-is.

New bidders and/or bidders with a negative rating may be asked to provide a good faith deposit.

Auction closes Thursday, October 30, 2025, beginning at 7pm EST.

Advance bidding opens Sunday, October 26, 2025.

Pickup is Sunday, November 2, 2025, from 9am until 3pm EST only, at 1 Waterman Avenue, Toronto.

Winning bidders may request an alternate pickup day and time. Email timothyloughmiller@gmail.com after winning and prior to Sunday, November 2, AND pay your invoice in full via Etransfer to timothy@timothyestatesales.com by midnight Saturday, November 1, 2025.

If you think that you are a winning bidder but do not receive an invoice within 12 hours of the auction closing, it is your responsibility to reach out to timothyloughmiller@gmail.com immediately.

Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off.

We DO NOT automatically charge your credit card for your purchase. Payment is in person at the pickup on Sunday, November 2, 2025, with credit card, debit card or cash.

Or, Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com by midnight EST Saturday, November 1, 2025, but not in person. Please include your invoice number.

There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases.

Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up with a verifiable invoice. Goverment issued photo identification may be required.

For Canada-wide shipping, it is the responsibility of the bidder to sign up for delivery with PkgPlace directly and to understand their terms and conditions prior to requesting the delivery.

We don't release items for delivery until the items have been paid for in full - payment required via Etransfer by midnight Saturday, November 1.

We are not responsible for any items after they are released from the warehouse to pkgPlace. Payment for shipping is made directly to pkgPlace.

All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described, and may not be suitable for intended purposes.

By exiting the pickup location buyers agree that they have all the items that they purchased and accept them in their current condition.

All measurements are in inches and feet unless noted otherwise, and are approximate only.

Gold and silver lot weights listed only when available.

Storage and handling fees may apply in the event that a late pickup is approved.

Buyers agree to not hold the owners and/or operators of the pickup property and/or the pickup staff responsible for loss, damage, injury, accident, mishap, incident or force majeure.

Seller has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without repercussion.

Buyers with a negative history may be denied the ability to bid.

Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions can and will result in a permanent loss of bidding priviledges.
