* Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Venmo accepted.
* Applicable sales tax will be collected unless the buyer provides valid resale certificate.
* Must Bring Own Help with Furniture and large items.
* Bring own tools to dismantle large items as tools may not be available onsite.
* Prices may be firm on first day of sale. Discounts are applied on subsequent days per posted notices at the sale.
* Oversized bags, purses, backpacks, strollers will not be permitted.
* Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
* Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the property.
* Prices and availability are subject to change.
* Property occupancy may be limited when necessary.
* Buyer enters the property at their own risk.
* Neither the estate sale company nor the property owner is responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items.
