All sales final. All sales as-is. No shipping. New bidders and/or bidders with a negative rating may be asked to provide a good faith deposit. Auction closes Thursday, July 31, 2025, beginning at 7pm EST. Advance bidding opens Friday, July 25, 2025. The pickup for this sale is directly from the house on Wolffrey Avenue, Toronto. Winning bidders will receive the exact address. Pickup is ONE DAY ONLY on Sunday, August 3, 2025, from 9am until 3pm EST only. There are NO ALTERNATE PICKUP DATES for this auction. DO NOT BID if you cannot make it to the pickup on Sunday, August 3, between the hours of 9am and 3pm. No Shipping. We cannot hold items for a later pickup. If think you that are a winning bidder but do not receive an invoice within 12 hours of the auction closing, it is your responsibility to reach out to timothyloughmiller@gmail.com immediately. All times are EST. Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off. We DO NOT automatically charge your credit card for your purchase. Payment is in person at the pickup on Sunday, August 3, 2025, with credit card, debit card or cash. Or, Etransfer payment to timothy@timothyestatesales.com by midnight EST Saturday, August 2, 2025, but not in person. Please include your invoice number. There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases. Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up with a verifiable invoice. Goverment issued photo identification may be required. Shipping is not available.
