Advance bidding opens Thursday, July 17, 2025.

The pickup for this sale is directly from the house on River Valley Crescent in Etobicoke. Winning bidders will receive the exact address.

Pickup is ONE DAY ONLY on Sunday, July 27, 2025, from 9am until 3pm EST only.

There are NO ALTERNATE PICKUP DATES for this auction. DO NOT BID if you cannot make it to the pickup on Sunday, July 27, between the hours of 9am and 3pm.

No Shipping.

We cannot hold items for a later pickup.

If think you that are a winning bidder but do not receive an invoice within 12 hours of the auction closing, it is your responsibility to reach out to timothyloughmiller@gmail.com immediately.

Register for this auction on HiBid with your credit card to verify your information. To verify, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00 USD, but that charge will drop off.

We DO NOT automatically charge your credit card for your purchase. Payment is in person at the pickup on Sunday, July 27, 2025, with credit card, debit card or cash.

There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases.

Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up with a verifiable invoice. Goverment issued photo identification may be required. Shipping is not available.

All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described, and may not be suitable for intended purposes.

By exiting the pickup location buyers agree that they have all the items that they purchased and accept them in their current condition.

All measurements are in inches and feet unless noted otherwise, and are approximate only.

Gold and silver lot weights are listed only when available.

Buyers agree to not hold the owners and/or operators of the pickup property and/or the pickup staff responsible for loss, damage, injury, accident, mishap, incident or force majeure.

Seller has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without repercussion.

Buyers with a negative history may be denied the ability to bid.

Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions can and will result in a permanent loss of bidding priviledges.
