Agricultural and mechanical equipment is well represented, with a Ferguson tractor with Firestone tires, a John Deere Gator 6x4 utility vehicle, and a Toro TimeCutter riding mower, alongside a Central Hydraulics 1-ton crane, Toolkraft table saw, Delta miter saw, and Central Machinery bench grinder.

For restoration enthusiasts, a Ford Model T coupe project includes original components such as a brass radiator shell, wooden-spoked wheels, and a Muncie 3-speed transmission. Early winter transportation is highlighted by a wooden horse-drawn sleigh with brass fittings and a four-man bobsleigh with vintage tricycle.

Tools and shop equipment include Craftsman, Ryobi, and DeWalt power tools, Snap-on toolboxes, pipe clamps, and air compressors. Welding equipment, generators, and an array of hand tools like levels, wrenches, and drill sets support a wide range of mechanical and home repair needs.

Home furnishings range from mid-century modern furniture to vintage kitchenware. Notable pieces include solid wood hutches, antique dressers, and handcrafted tables, many with dovetail joinery and original finishes. Kitchen items include a Hoosier cabinet, cast iron cookware, vintage CorningWare, Fiesta dinnerware, and small appliances such as a Sunbeam mixer, Oster waffle maker, and International slicer sets.

Decorative offerings include a Seth Thomas mantel clock, burl wood slab wall clock, and a wide selection of vintage table lamps, brass candlesticks, ceramic figurines, and wall mirrors. Art and print collectors will find framed landscapes, needlepoints, and lithographs, while hobbyists will note train sets, model airplanes, and early children’s books.

Book collectors may be drawn to a collection of 19th- and early 20th-century literary works, including authors such as Shakespeare, Lord Byron, and Edgar Allan Poe. Several volumes feature gilt covers and marbled endpapers. The auction also includes vintage magazines, scrapbooks, and school primers.

Outdoor and garden items include wooden deck chairs, metal patio furniture, fire pits, garden tools, and terra cotta planters. A number of handmade quilts, antique trunks, and vintage Christmas decorations round out the offering, making this a highly varied selection of estate and workshop contents.
