Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

1. All Sales Final

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

2. Condition of Items

Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items before purchase. Descriptions and pricing are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

3. Payment

Accepted forms of payment include cash, Venmo, and Zelle only. Full payment is required before items may be removed from the premises.

4. Removal of Purchases

Purchased items must be removed within the designated pickup period unless prior arrangements have been approved. Buyers are responsible for all labor, packing materials, transportation, and loading.

5. Liability

Neither the estate, seller, nor sale organizers are responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage occurring on the property. Entry to the premises is at the buyer’s own risk.

6. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. Items may be withdrawn from sale at any time.

7. Holds & Deposits

Items will only be held with full payment. No unpaid holds.

8. Entry & Conduct

The sale organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Children

Children must remain supervised by an adult at all times.

10. Electronic Surveillance

The premises may be monitored by security cameras.

11. Pickup of Large Items

Large furniture or appliances must be removed carefully without damage to the property. Buyers may be required to provide proof of purchase before removal.

12. Online or Pre-Sale Purchases (Optional)

Invoices for online or pre-sale purchases must be paid within the specified timeframe or the item may be offered to another buyer.
