All items are sold to the highest bidder and are subject to a 13% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to bidding. A credit card on file will be processed immediately following the auction for up to $750. Any remaining balance must be paid in full. For shipped orders, buyers will receive a secure payment link via Global Payments to complete their invoice. No items will be shipped until payment is made in full. High-value or flagged invoices may require payment by wire transfer at the auctioneer's discretion prior to release or shipment of items. ________________________________________ PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION By registering for this auction, the bidder authorizes John T. Items are picked up from the auction site on Tuesday of the week following the auction, at which time they are transferred to the third-party shipper, Carolina Relocation Services LLC (CRS), for packing and shipment.Once items are transferred to CRS, they are considered released from the auction company and are in the possession of the shipper on behalf of the buyer. The auction company will settle with the consignor at that time.By requesting shipping, the buyer agrees to pay all shipping, handling, and packing charges directly to CRS. Auction located at 288 Mckendree Ln Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. This is an online, on-site estate auction, meaning all items remain at the home and bidding takes place online only. There is no live bidding on-site. Bidders will place bids through the online catalog, and the auction will close in a timed format with 5 items closing per minute. If a bid is placed in the final moments of a lot, that lot will extend until bidding stops, giving all bidders a fair opportunity.
Preview will be held Monday, May 18h from 2-4PM. This is the time to view and inspect items in person before bidding. If you are unable to attend preview, please email with any questions and we will do our best to respond while on-site.
The auction will begin closing Monday, May 18th at 6PM. Winning bidders will receive a text message after the auction to either schedule a pickup time or request shipping through Shipping Saint.
Pickup will take place Tuesday, May 19th from 10AM-2PM at the home. All items must be removed during this timeframe. Please come prepared with your own help, tools, and transportation, as items are located inside the residence.
Payment will be processed automatically after the auction using the credit card on file for up to $750, with any remaining balance due. Buyers attending pickup may also pay at that time, while buyers requesting shipping will receive a secure payment link before items are shipped.
Shipping is available on all items. If shipping is needed, buyers must confirm by text after the auction. Items will be transported to Carolina Relocation Services LLC in Conway, where buyers will be contacted directly with shipping quotes and tracking information. All shipping scheduling is handled through Shipping Saint via text.
A 13% buyer's premium and applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to bidding. All items are sold as-is, where-is, and descriptions and photos are provided as a guide only.
