Bidding
1. By placing a bid you accept the terms of sale
2. Any lot may be withdrawn at any time
3. Lots are sold at one advance over the second highest bid
4. All lots are sold for the hammer price plus a 15% buyer's commission
5. Grading is our opinion, please see photos before bidding. Coins are guaranteed authentic, however grades are not guaranteed in any way.

Payment
1. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be shipped upon payment
2. Shipping will be by USPS or UPS at cost + $3.25 handling per package
3. Successful bidders agree to pay for their purchases. No credit is extended without prior
agreement and overdue accounts will be charged 2% per month interest after 30 days.
4. Virginia residents and in-person bidders must pay 6% state sales tax
5. There is a 3% processing fee added to the invoice total for Credit Card payments

Returns
1. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a lot you receive has a fault or condition issue that was not described in the lot description and is not clearly visible in the provided scan, we are happy to accept a return within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that faults or characteristics that are clearly visible in the listing's scan or description do not qualify as grounds for return. We encourage all bidders to review scans and read the full description carefully before placing a bid. We are also available to answer questions in advance up until the Thursday before the auction.
