By registering and bidding, you enter a legally binding contract. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final. No returns, credits, or price adjustments will be issued.

1. Item Condition & Responsibility

Best Effort Descriptions: Descriptions and condition statements are strictly opinions. Measurements are approximate (within 2 inches).

Photos are Key: Photos constitute a vital part of the description. Damage may be shown in photos but not necessarily listed in the text. Review all images carefully.

Due Diligence: Bidders are responsible for researching the age, authenticity, and value of items before bidding. If you are uncertain, please do not bid.

2. Payment & Fees

Total Cost: The total includes the hammer price, a buyer’s premium, and 6.625% NJ Sales Tax.

Liability: Buyers assume all risk for property once purchased and are liable for the full purchase price.

3. Strict Pickup Policy (Local Only)

⚠️ NO SHIPPING: This is a local pickup auction only. We will not ship items. If you purchase an item assuming it will be shipped, it will not be shipped, and no refund will be given.

Dates & Times: Pickup is [Insert Date] until [Insert Time] sharp. No early arrivals.

Forfeiture: Items not claimed by [Insert Date/Time] are forfeited without refund. A $50 forfeiture fee per lot will apply.

No Exceptions: Due to contractual agreements and Town Ordinances (Morristown, NJ), we cannot offer alternative dates, refunds, or outside-hours pickups.

4. Loading & Removal (The "Help" Rule)

Labor: We DO NOT provide labor or loading assistance.

Requirements: You must bring your own:

Adequate help to lift/load large or heavy items.

Packing materials, boxes, and tools.

Safety Denials: If the Auction Manager determines you cannot safely move an item, removal will be denied. If you cannot arrange proper help before the pickup window closes, the item is forfeited without refund.

Site Rules: Check all items and box contents before leaving the parking lot. Once you leave, we are no longer responsible for items. Do not block driveways or handicap spots.

5. Important Notices

Winning Instructions: Pickup addresses are sent via email/text after the auction closes. Check your dashboard to ensure your notification settings are active.

Sign-Off: All invoices must be signed before leaving the pickup site.

Disputes: Pink Lady Liquidation, LLC sale records are final and conclusive.
