Unless otherwise noted, there will not be assistance in moving or transporting large/heavy items. Please bring a truck and help with you. All items are sold "as is". No refunds or returns will be accepted. Please test all items prior to purchasing. We may limit the amount of shoppers inside the home at any given time. First come, first served. Please do not block driveways within the neighborhood. Be mindful of where you park. All items must be picked up prior to the end of the estate sale. Join us at amazing home in Acworth the weekend of July 10th for a three day estate sale. This gorgeous home includes a selection of treasures such as vintage electrical trains, framed artwork, vintage books, antiques, multiple antique Hitchcock Furniture pieces including a gorgeous dining room set with 8 chairs and a checkerboard table, lamps, vintage glass, vintage paperweight collection and much, much more!
