The functionality of any & all electric/electronic items are unknown. Authenticity is not checked nor guaranteed on any & all items. Items are located in Carmel, NY. Payment is due by Friday, May 8 at 1PM. Information with payment and pickup instructions will be emailed to winning bidders the morning after the auction ends. Pickup must be completed by Wednesday, May 13 at 5PM. **Pickup note: Buyers assume all risk and are responsible for complete removal of unit contents. The high bidders must clean take all and leave nothing in the unit or on the storage facility property by Wednesday May 13 at 5 PM. Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only not the public. Anything left in the unit after Wednesday May 13 at 5 PM will be deemed abandoned and all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
