- Buyer's Premium: A standard 18.5% Buyer’s Premium applies. This is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments made THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY.
- Taxes: Sales tax applies to all purchases.
- Late Penalties: Items not picked up during this designated time (or arranged for shipping) will incur a $25.00 per invoice administrative fee plus a $1.00 per lot/per day storage charge.

- NO SHIPPING ON LARGE ASSETS: We WILL NOT ship any larger items. Buyers are responsible for the removal and transport of all large equipment.
- Buyer Responsibility: All shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
