Title transfer will be handled directly by Dailey Realty and Auction Service at the time you come to pick up the vehicle. Transfer fees and tax will be paid by you separately, directly to the North Mankato DMV at time of pickup. Have your insurance, driver's license, and/or dealer's license with you when you come to pick up and transfer title. REMOVAL: Purchases that are not removed by your pre-arranged appointment time will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and liquidation or disposal of these assets shall be at the Auctioneer’s discretion. If a situation arises that will prevent you from showing up at your appointed time, call the Auctioneer the day BEFORE your scheduled appointment to request alternate arrangements at 507-340-4747.
