Cash, good personal check with proper ID, accepting Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express w/ a 3% processing fee. All out of state checks must have a letter from bank verifying funds. All property to be settled for day of sale. No property to be removed from premises until settled for. Not responsible for accidents or goods after sold. Auctioneers and sale personnel act as selling agents only and assume no liabilities or guarantees. INFO & SPECS OF EQUIPMENT IS TO THE BEST OF KNOWLEDGE, BUT SHOULD ONLY BE USED AS A GUIDE AND BUYERS SHOULD AVAIL THEMSELVES TO INSPECT ANY AND ALL ITEMS before bidding.
