ABOUT MR. HAGER

Richard Hager was a professional Major League Baseball scout from 1954-2004.

1954-1959 - He began his professional career as a Scout with the Washington Senators.

1960- The Cincinnati Reds

1961-1968- The Minnesota Twins

1969-1974- Kansas City Royals

1975-1980- Los Angeles Dodgers

1981-1990- San Diego Padres.  He was promoted to the Assistant Scouting Director and the Special Assistant to the General Manager

1991-1996- Houston Astros.  He was also the Director for Major League Baseball Scouting

1997-1999- Cheif Scout for the Cincinnati Reds manager and General Manager

2000-2004- Milwaukee Brewers
