If you are exempt from paying sales tax, you must upload a completed sales tax exemption form to your buyer profile on HiBid. Invoices will be sent after the auction has been reconciled. Reconciliation is typically complete within a few hours of auction close, but in some cases, it may not complete until the following business morning. Immediately after sending the invoices, the entire balance due will be charged to your credit card. If your card is declined, we will contact you for an alternative payment. If you fail to pay, you will be reported to HiBid for non-payment and will be black-flagged and automatically declined from participating in our future auctions and possibly all HiBid auctions. Shipping and Removal Shipping/trucking is not automatically available for online purchases. If you need items shipped or prepared for trucking, contact the on-site removal team leader for palletizing/loadout costs: Zac 618-944-0086. Always bring help to load out your purchases. Any abandoned items will be removed at buyer's expense and charged to the credit card on file without recourse. All items must be removed within the removal period. There will be no extensions. Failure to remove items = abandonment. No refunds on equipment not picked up in the time frame provided. If the cleanup crew has to remove your items, bidder agrees that charges will be paid from the credit card on file. General Conditions No property removed until fully settled for. After the auction company sells an item, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All equipment is sold as is, where is. Information is subject to inspection and verification.
