- A 22% buyer's premium will be added to your purchase total.
- Local sales tax will be collected.
- A credit card is required for registration. Immediately following the close of the auction the credit card you registered with will be charged for all purchases.
- The registered bidder must be the credit card holder. Bids will be rejected/declined if the name on the card does not match the name of the registered bidder.
- Full payment must be made at the closing of the auction. Methods of payment are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Make sure your contact information is accurate, since we will reach out via phone/email if there is any issue.
- This auction will have a soft close. A soft close means the closing time of a lot will be extended by 1 minute if a bid is place on that lot in the last minute.
- There will be a staggered closing starting at the noted closing time. This means the first lot will close at the scheduled closing time and thereafter each lot closes sequentally every 10 seconds. NOTE: the bidding will close on intervals in conjuction with the lots closing.
- All items are sold as is, where is, with no representation or warranty expressed or implied. All sales final. No returns or refunds.
- Any items not removed by the end of the last day shall revert back to the seller with NO REFUND.
