TERMS

All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees or warranties express or implied from the Seller, or Rowell Auctions, Inc. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. Carefully read the written description and review all photos prior to bidding. Inspection at Auctions Preview is recommended. Any discrepancies with any item must be brought to the seller's attention before the item is removed from premises.

PAYMENT

All payments will be made to Rowell Auctions within 24 hours of the Auction closing. Acceptable payment methods include wire transfer, cash, and company/personal checks. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS AND PAYPAL ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the contract price, and 8% sales tax will be charged on the contract price unless tax-exempt. 

SALES TAX REQUIREMENTS

Georgia residents purchasing for non-farm use will be required to pay 8% Sales Tax.

Georgia residents purchasing for farm use must present a Georgia Agricultural Tax Exemption Card (GATE Card) at time of purchase.

DEFAULT

Any purchaser who has not settled their invoice by February 13^th, 2026 at 5:00 PM will be considered in default and charged a $500 administrative fee on the credit card provided at registration. All administrative fees are non-refundable. Additional default remedies are reserved by the Seller & Rowell Auctions, Inc. Upon default, bidding privileges will be revoked for all future Rowell Auctions, Inc. auctions and other MarkNet auctions.

BIDDING INFORMATION

This is a timed online auction with an auto-extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the entire auction for 5 additional minutes. Bidding will continue for the entire auction until there is no bidding, on any lot, for a 5-minute period. Rowell Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto-extension time period.

If you place a bid in error, contact Rowell Auctions, Inc. at (229) 985-8388 immediately. Errors not immediately reported will be considered valid bids.


RETRIEVAL INFORMATION

PERSONAL PROPERTY PURCHASE RETRIEVAL:

Retrieval times will be by appointment only. Appointment will be scheduled with Big Tex Trailers at time of payment.

Any Item(s) not removed by the Removal Deadline shall be deemed abandoned by the Buyer and the Buyer shall forfeit all right, title and interest in such item(s) without refund, credit or offset of any kind. Seller shall thereafter have unrestricted right, in it’s sole discretion, to retain, resell, scrap, or otherwise dispose of any abandoned item(s), and Buyer shall have no claim against Auctioneer nor Seller for the value, proceeds, or disposition of such property.

Buyers must provide their own labor, material, and equipment for removal. The seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services. Buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for dismantling, loading, securing, transportation, and unloading of purchased goods.

If items are removed by someone other than the registered buyer, a Release Letter must be completed. No items will be removed without paid receipt and proper ID.

VEHICLE TITLES

On all titled vehicles and trailers, titles will be executed by Rowell Auctions, Inc., directly and delivered to purchaser 14 days after the auction via USPS Priority Mail, with signature, and return receipt requested. Any vehicle or trailer not requiring a title for transfer within the State of Georgia will be transferred by bill of sale only. Purchaser shall be responsible for all title registration and tag transfer fees will be paid by purchaser upon transfer of registration in the county of domicile.
