Whether you are a new or returning bidding, you agree that if any of the information associated with your bid number- including contact information and credit card information should change at any time prior to, or during this auction you will notify the Auctioneer of the change by updating your bidder profile.

Buyers shall pay a 20% buyers premuim on final accepted bids. A discount of 5% is offered at check out if Buyer pays cash or check at time of check out.

Associated Auctioneers & Appraisers, INC does NOT offer in house shipping. Shipping on items must be arranged by you through a third party carrier of your choice. Buyers shall select, make arrangements for removal, and pay the shipper directly for any and all costs associated with shipping your items to the address you register for the Auction, unless it is a regulated firearm. The Auction Co. may assist you in finding a third party carrier for your shipping. Firearms regulated by the ATF shall be sent to a licensed FFL of your choice in the State of your legal residence.

All Property (items/lots) are sold 'AS-IS, WHERE IS, NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED', it is the bidder/buyer's responsibilty to determine the condition of each item. Buyer(s) are encouraged to personally inspect the items/lots prior to bidding. Please refernce the listed preview dates or contact Associated Auctioneers & Appraisers, INC for preview times. All Aspects of this auction are subject to change without notice. the Auctioneer reserved the right to, at any time, (1) add or remove items from the auction (2) split or combine lots (3) add minimun bids or reserve prices (4) cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule the sale of an indiviial item, lot, auction, and/or auction event, (5) make changes to the auction's closing, inspection, or removal times, or (6) take any other action the Auctioneer deems necessary to affect the fair conduct of this auction or protection of the buyers', sellers', or other parties' interests.

In the event a seller withdraws an item from this auction prior to the close of the auction, the Auctioneer may leave the item on the catalog, and buy back on behalf of the seller to establish the Auctioneer's earned commission and the buyer's premium due to the Auctioneer from the seller.

Some items are large and may require disassembling to remove. Come prepared with proper vehicle, packing materials, boxes, and manpower to load your purchases.

The online auctions are designed to mimic 'traditional live' auctions. For this reason, this auction will have a staggered dynamic closing. This online auction will automatically begin to close at a rate of 5 items per minute, every minute. Individual item closing times may be extended past their scheduled closing time, however, as a result of the Auctioneer's dynamic closing feature. The closing time of an item is automatically extended an additional two minutes whenever a bid is place within the two minutes leading up to an items scheduled closing time.

Some bidders may be exempt from payment of applicable sales tax. If you wish to apply for tax-exempt status, you must submit a copy of your tax-exempt license prior to this auction's closing or at check out. Please email your license to info@gregorysauctions.com so that we can review your information. MD state sales tax applies unless you submit a valid State Salts & Use Tax License and accumulate a minimum total purchase (bid price & buyers premium) of $200.00

The credit card you register shall be charged for your purchases/debits and a pre-auction verification of that credit card will be preformed. All purchases must be settled (full payment) by credit card, cash, check, or wire transfer at the end of pick up day following the closing of the auction.

You agree that you WILL NOT CHARGE BACK any amount that the Auctioneer charges to your credit card. You agree that this provision applies equally to the amounts charged in connection with any items you have won and any other costs or fees.

In the unlikely event that an interuption of internet service occurs, the auction may continue; every effort will be made to restore internet service as soon as possible. In the event of a technological/software glitch, the Auctioneer reserves the right to extend dates & times of closing to protect bidders/clients/customers interests.

Any tort, civil, or other type law suit filed by Bidder and/or Buyer against the Auctioneer, Auction Company, and/or Seller shall be filed in Howard County, Maryland, U.S.A.. Bidder/Buyer waives venue for filing law suits in any other juisdiction.

You agree that all claims will be litigated or arbitrated on an individual basis, and will not be consolidated with any claim made by another party. venue in every case will be Howard County, Maryland. You agree that any judgements awarded may be applied to and collected from your personally or corporately. Should any party file an action contrary to this paragraph, the counteroarty may recover reasonable legal fees and costs. Further, if you bring a claim against the Auctioneer and do not prevail, you agree that you will be reimburse the Auctioneer for all legal fees and costs.

In all cases, the Auctioneers liability, and the liability of the seller of the items in this auction, will be limited to the refund of your purchase. the Auctioneer will not be liable for any amount in connection with the postponement or cancellation of this auction, or the withdrawal of any items or lot from this auction. In no event will the Auctioneer be liable for lost profit or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this auction or any related sale ot transaction. the Auctioneer is not responsible for any action taken by any seller, bidder, or other third party before, during, or after this auction.

You understand that this auction is online-only and so relies on devices and programs that may malfunction without warning. You agree that the Auctioneer will not be liable for any error or inconvenience that may be result of such a malfunction. You futher understand and agree that the Auctioneer may void or suspend any sale, or resell, any item, if the Auctioneer determines a transaction to have been affected by any site malfunction.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Auctioneer and its employees, officers, owners, affliliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, fees, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, related to, arising from, or associated with you, your agents or representatives- including but not limited to personal injury or property damage caused at any auction site or during removal or transportation of items won at auction, any dispute with another bidder or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions do not- nor are they intended to- create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer, employee, or franchisor, franchisee relationship. These Terms and Conditions cannot be altered except in writing by the Auctioneer.

If any term provision, paragraph, condition, or other portion of this agreement-or the application of these to any person, place, or circumstance- is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, the remainder of this agreement and such term, provision, covenant, or condition as applied to other persons, places, and circumstances will remain in full force and effect.
