Up for public auction on February 28th, 2026 is 70.0+/- acres of mostly tillable productive farm ground located at 67 State Route 49 in Fort Recovery, Ohio. This farm is situated in the township of Gibson, county of Mercer and will be sold in 3 parcels.
Parcel 1 will consist of 55+/- acres of mostly tillable ground.
Parcel 2 will consist of 15+/- acres of mostly tillable ground.
Parcel 3 will consist of 70+/- acres being the combination of parcels 1 & 2.
Farm was tiled in 2020 by Mike Kahlig Drainage. This farm ground consists of mostly Blount Silt & Glynwood silt loam and Pewamo silty clay loam. 200 lbs of Potash per acre was added in October of 2025. Property is not located in a FEMA flood zone. Property is located in the Fort Recovery school district.
The auction will be held at 1846 Saint Peter Road in Fort Recovery, Ohio.
