Terms and Conditions:
*Payment must be made before any items are removed.
* If item(s) are not paid for or picked up by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, Invoicees credit card will be charged, said item(s) will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with Gathman Auction Company. If the buyer fails to pick up the item(s) by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, buyer is responsible for a storage fee of $5 per item, per day. If buyer fails to pay by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, refuses to pay storage fee, and/or does not pickup item(s) by 5:00 pm on Checkout/Pickup Day, buyer (or also further referred to as �bidder�) will be banned from future Gathman Auction Company HiBid auctions and a notification warning other Auctioneers will be viewable to all other Auctioneers using the HiBid program. A �bidder� denial negatively effects the bidder�s score. This alone is a warning to all other HiBid auctioneers.
*Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on their items; Sellers have the right to bid on their own Items; Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) or Buyer(s).
* Approved Payment: USD, Check (in USD), and Credit Card (4% Charge) (in USD)
*All items sell AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. We always do our best to most accurately describe all items, however, we are not experts on everything. Assure you thoroughly review all images before placing a bid and call Gathman Auction Co. if you have additional questions.
*ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
*All photos are the property of Gathman Auction Company. Using our photos for any reason without our written permission is a copyright infringement.
*Shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
*Shipping: All items are shipped through USPS only. Shipping cost will start at $10 for any item that is more than 12 inches or does not fit in a standard priority mailbox. Shipping cost will increase by item(s) size and weight. If a bidder/buyer that requested shipping decides to forfeit the item(s) after the auction closes or decides to no longer want shipping, the bidder/buyer is still responsible for handling charges and packaging that was used in the preparation of the package(s). Handling charges are a minimum of $7 per package. Handling cost increases based on time and materials required to package item(s).
*Prepaid Shipping Labels are not accepted.
*All packages will have insurance on the contents. Gathman Auction Company DOES NOT REFUND buyers for damaged item(s) from shipping. If an item(s) is received damaged, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with UPS and/or USPS. Gathman Auction Company only purchases the insurance for the buyer.
*Any disrespect including, but not limited to, inappropriate language, demeaning speech or attitude, or inappropriate behaviors toward any person(s) on Gathman Auction Company�s premises will not be tolerated. Gathman Auction Company has the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to immediate leave the premises and not return on that date and future dates(s). Inappropriate behavior will also result in bidder(s) being denied from future auctions.
*It is the bidder/buyer's responsibility to read and adhere to all Terms and Conditions. By placing a bid, bidder/buyer agrees to all Terms and Conditions.

CHECKOUT: *ONE DAY ONLY* Saturday January 30th FROM 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM CDT at GATHMAN AUCTION COMPANY'S AUCTION HOUSE (306 W. MAIN ST., HAVANA, IL 62644). All items must be paid for and picked up by Saturday January 30th that 5:00 pm. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. SHIPPING arrangements need to be made by Saturday January 30th at 5:00 pm.
