All Items will be Sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS Condition at the time of auction. All buyers are encouraged and expected to make a reasonable inpsection of the items they are interested in before bidding. Once the auctioneer declares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, mis-placed, or stolen items. All invoices shall be paid in full the day of auction. By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidder number, all registrants are thereby agreeing to all auction terms and conditions.
We accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID, We Also Accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment. Payments made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total. Payments made with Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property items purchased at the auction. |
