Auction Terms and Conditions

1. Please read and review the terms and conditions thoroughly prior to bidding. If you have not read and understand these terms, please do no bid. By bidding on this auction the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions.

2. All winning bids require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. If you wish to pay Cash, Check w/ID at time of pickup, there are no additional processing fees. All credit cards must be brought to the pick-up location to be charged before the removal of items.

3. 7% Sales Tax is collected on on all purchases for this auction unless valid Indiana ST-105 sales exemption certificate is on file with Jenkins Auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS

4. 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on your total purchases, please factor into your bidding.

5. All Items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" . Buyer should satisfy themselves to the condition of all items regardless of description, attending auction preview is highly recommended. Buyer is responsible for paying for all items before removing them from auction location, no refunds or credit card charge backs will be granted.

6. Please bring any packing material and boxes that you may require. Assistance or equipment to assist with loading are the responsibility of the purchaser. All tools and help for removing items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. All items not picked up during scheduled pick up time will be considered abandoned, total balance due will be charged to credit card on file and items will be resold unless other arrangements are made with the company. If more time is needed to pick your items please reach out to us and we can work with you.

8. Shipping is available on select lots in this auction. Please be aware that we are not Amazon and that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers of large or delicate items, Fragile Pack our local pack and ship store will be utilized. Also buyers of multiple items the local pack and ship store will be utilized. These costs are not cheap so factor this into your bidding.

9. In the event of technical difficulties related to the server, software, or internet, Jenkins Auction Online reserves the right to extend bidding, continue bidding, or close bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Jenkins Auction Online shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.

10. Jenkins Auction Online reserves the right to refuse or reject the bidding of any buyer that is not in the best interest of the seller

11. By registering for this auction you allow Jenkins Auction Online to send out email notices of future auctions and upcoming details. Jenkins Auction Online will never send you spam or emails not directed towards future auctions of their own.

This will be the first session from the Jerry Spanbauer Antique Collection. This lineup will feature some amazing Early 1800's Antique Furniture, Small & Country Primitive Antiques, and much more. Jerry was an avid antique collector and dealer for 40+ years, this is the first auction of several coming from this collection. More details will be upcoming
