This auction comes from the estate of a long time bank employee who happened to be a numismatist. There are 50 Morgan silver dollars, tubes of uncirculated silver, partially filled collector's books, sterling silver, jewelry, fine art, Native American made items, pocketwatches, collectibles and more.
Before bidding look at ALL the pictures of each item, read and understand the terms, and make sure your credit card and address on file are correct. This auction has shipping available on most items or pickup in Alton NH Sunday November 9th from 12PM-6pm. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES, and we cannot store or hold your items. We do not dropoff at shipping store. Items not picked up that cannot be shipped will be forfeit without refund without exception. Most, but not all items can be shipped. The item description will say in the 1st line if the item can be shipped or not. Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctionninja is valid and can be charged for your order, and shipping if requested. Orders over $500 will require signature and could require additional ID verification to prevent issues. Please make sure your contact phone number is up to date.
You are welcome to send someone else to pickup your items for you provided they have a copy of your invoice, and you let us know ahead of time. Bring a printed copy of your invoice to the pickup to checkoff items and confirm your order or at least a valid ID as we cannot release items without ID matching winning bidder or invoice copy. We will require identity verification on both parties for large orders to prevent issues.
Items cannot be shipped to any address other than the address listed in your auction ninja account. Please check to make sure this is correct BEFORE you bid! Items that qualify will be sent out in the days after the pickup with all items being sent by Nov 11th. Any items shipped are sent insured and tracked without exception. Shipping charges are $5 handling fee per lot to cover boxes, time, and packing, PLUS the cost of postage for priority flat rate box (if size allows) and shipping damage coverage. We will combine non-breakable items where possible, but expect to pay $5 handling per item. We do not have the ability to provide shipping quotes as we have no idea on the final price and cost of coverage, etc. Flat rate boxes range from $11-23. No items will be shipped without damage coverage. Confirmation of order and identity verification may be required before shipping orders over $500. Please make sure your contact phone number us up to date. If we call, it will come from a 508 area code. If you win items and your card cannot be charged for shipping, your items will be considered forfeit without refund. We unfortunately cannot drop items off at 3rd party shipping places and will not be able to store your items for later pickup. We ship USPS and only to US addresses.(military addresses OK as long as tracking is available)
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. Please be sure to have a valid card on file. We want to ship all items asap. An auction is a contract and items won and not paid for will result in cancellation of your bidding privileges on all Auctioninja and related sites. Your account will be sent to collections and attached to your credit report if the dollar amount warrants it. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items and ask any questions before bidding as they cannot be canceled. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. If you have not requested shipping, pickup will be Sunday November 9th from 12pm -6pm in Alton NH. Address will be sent to winning bidders. Any items not picked up Sunday the 9th or requested to be shipped 2 days after auction closes will be considered forfeit without refund. Please make sure your card is still valid for the shipping charge as it will be charged for that when we ship in the days after the close of auction.
