**all items must be picked up from this location on Saturday october 25th from 10 am to 2 pm if you cannot make this scheduled pickup time or cannot have someone pick your items up please dont bid. we are limited to availability to this home.**
Estate of Larry Mason. All items are located throughout the home, yard, and barn areas and will be the responsibility of the buyer to remove, please bring anything you may need to help you remove the items.
Most items are located on first floor and easy access, there are some pieces located in the basement which has easy access to outside but there are some steps. we will have limited availabiility to workers and helpers so please bring your own labor and boxes.
If you purchase numerous items we will work with you on removal times and availibilty.
