If you thought the first one was good, wait until you see this! From the first to last lot, this auction is full of amazing items. This auction showcases an extraordinary blend of antiques, vintage collectibles, pottery, folk art, and mid-century design. From Black Americana artifacts and McCoy pottery to rare advertising pieces, fine art glass, and early 20th-century literature.

The auction includes fine art and decorative pieces such as an Azerbaijan hand-blown vase by E. Zareh, “The Spray Watercolor” signed and numbered print, stained glass panels, and a colorful lighthouse stained-glass décor piece. Literature and ephemera highlights include Robin Hood illustrated by N.C. Wyeth (1917, 1st edition), Treasure Island (1911 Scribner’s edition), La Cuisine Creole by Lafcadio Hearn, and Heidi Grows Up and Heidi’s Children.

Other standout pieces are rare Black Americana collectibles including the McCoy Mammy String Holder, Jolly Chef cookie jar, large Japan figurine, and salt & pepper sets. Also featured are two William A. Flowers “Ugly Face Jugs”.  This sale includes a 1940s McCoy Birds of Paradise vase, the rare “856 USA” ceramic vase, vintage Royal Copley Pirate Head, Majolica rose wall plate, a 1930s McCoy Lotus pitcher, and a vintage Nippon oyster plate. Mid-century lovers will find treasures like the Broyhill Walnut Parquet Asian Console Cabinet, Fenton pink satin glass vase, Tiffany-style stained-glass lamp, and MCM brass clamshell jewelry box.

Collectors of vintage advertising and Americana will enjoy the Goodyear and Firestone ashtrays, Edison Gold Moulded Record, Joe Camel Hard Pack tumbler, and a 1994 PGA Tour Michelob advertising bar clock. Other notables include the 1938 Telechron “Pharaoh” mantle clock, antique Gooseneck Rola horn speaker, and bronze-clad cast iron bookends.
