Pickup Hours No appointment is necessary. Due to a large number of bidders arriving early in the week, please be prepared for longer-than-normal wait times. If you cannot wait, please try to come at a later time. Check your invoice for the exact pickup dates: Wednesday, October 22nd: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Thursday, October 23rd: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Friday, October 24th: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM Item Condition and Policies Items without a condition or label are considered “Open Box.” We only classify items that are NEW, SEALED, or DAMAGED. Examples of Item Condition: Factory Sealed: Brand new, unopened, in original packaging. We do not verify contents for functionality or damage. Eligible for a full refund within 48 hours. Appears New: Item looks new and unused, may or may not have original packaging. Must work as expected. Box may be damaged, but contents are complete and functional. Eligible for a full refund within 48 hours. Open Box: Various conditions under “Open Box.” Items are not fully tested. Often new but opened or returned. May be incomplete. Sold as-is. No returns. Open Box Powers On: Same as Open Box but verified to power on. Full functionality unknown. Sold as-is. No returns. Used – Good Condition: Previously owned, but clean and functional. Sold as-is. No returns. Damaged: See photos. Could be new with visible damage. May or may not work. Sold as-is. No returns. Payment & Refund Payment is required within 48 hours after auction close. Unpaid items after 48 hours will be marked as no-show and the account suspended. No-show invoices require full payment plus a $5 late fee. Future unpaid invoices will also be automatically marked as no-show. Return Policy (48 Hours) Factory Sealed and Appears New items are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of pickup. Email support@sunflowerbidhouse.com within 48 hours to request a refund. After the claim, you have 3 business days to return the item. No refunds after 48 hours or if not returned within 3 business days. Fees & Holds A $1 handling fee per item applies to all auction items. If you cannot pick up during Wed–Fri, items are automatically held for one extra week for a $5 late fee per invoice. To request a longer hold, email support@sunflowerbidhouse.com before the end of the extra week. Include your bidder ID and lot numbers. An additional $5 per invoice will apply for another week. Items not picked up or requested for hold after this period are forfeited. No refunds. Important Note About Bidding We are not responsible for mistaken or accidental bids.
