Auction Terms & Conditions
Buyer’s Premium:
A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all winning bids. The buyer’s premium, along with any applicable sales tax, will be included in the total purchase price.

Payment:
All items must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction. No items will be released until payment is received and cleared. Accepted forms of payment will be as stated in the auction platform’s checkout process.

Pickup Only – No Shipping:
No shipping is offered for this auction. All items must be picked up in person at:
Local Line Auctions, LLC
108 N. Main Street, Sherburne, NY 13460

Pickup will be available on the Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday following the auction, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day. Any items not picked up during these times may be considered abandoned and resold at the discretion of the auctioneer.

Item Condition:
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. The auctioneer and seller make no representations as to the condition, authenticity, or completeness of any item.

Inspection:
Prior inspection of items is available upon request. It is the bidder’s responsibility to examine items before placing a bid and to rely on their own judgment regarding condition and value.

Bidding Agreement:
By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges they have read and agree to all terms and conditions stated herein. All sales are final.
