Bidding Format: This is a timed auction, with a 2-minute extension in the event a bid is placed at the last second. Auto will close at the rate of closing 2 minutes after previous auto closing.

PA Sale's Tax will be paid by Buyer at time of title transfer.

We will charge the credit card that you have registered with at the conclusion of the auction a non refundable deposit of $500 with the balance due no later than 4:00 pm Friday, Oct. 31st, 2025 Payment options for this auction will be Cash, Bank Wire, or Cashiers' Check. Invoice must be paid in full and confirmed by Auction Company's bank prior to title transfer. Vehicle titles are in hand and title must be transferred to Buyer. Buyer is responsible for sale's tax and all title transfer costs.

By registering for this, and any of our online auctions, you agree to a $1 authorization on the credit card you have on file. This is a standard authorization to confirm credit card validity and is a hold only, NOT a deposit or charge and will not be reflected on your invoice. Please make sure that your credit card information is current, and the address on your bidder profile is the same address used for your credit card statement.

9. There will be a Public Preview on Saturday, October 25th, 2025, at 30 Union Ave., New Holland, PA 17557 from 10 a.m. until 12:00 P.M. (Noon).

10 . Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.

11. In the event of a technological failure Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC holds no liability. The Bidder acknowledges that internet auction bidding is a service to the Bidder and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC or any company or individual affiliated if the internet service or technology related fails to work correctly before or during the auction event. Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. It is recommended that internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged, should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends.


Scheduled Pickup is by appointment, Friday, Oct. 31st or Saturday, Nov. 1st, subject to seller's availability for title transfer. All items must be paid for no later than Friday, Oct. 31st, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., Contact Patrick Morgan at 717-278-9202 to schedule pickup. IF NOT PAID IN FULL BY Friday, Oct. 31st, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., vehicle will be considered abandoned and ownership reverts to Seller with NO REFUND of $500 deposit.

If full payment is not made within 3 days or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears and title is properly transferred, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds.
