Your credit card on file will be charged immediately following the auction.

15% buyers premium and 3.5% credit card convenience fee applied is 18.5% total when card is used.

Cash, good check, wire transfer, or credit card accepted for payment.

Precious metals must be paid for by cash, cashiers check or wire transfer (buyer pays wire fees) only. No credit cards or personal check payments accepted on precious metals.

When placing bids, the bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction with all faults or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

Rocking T Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections for encouraged by bidder prior to the auction. All descriptions are believed to be true and correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "as is" condition. By bidding you have agreed to accept the item in it's "as is" condition.

Pickup date is Wed, October 22nd 9 a.m. central to 6 p.m. central. If an alternate pickup date is desired a $25 charge must be paid in cash to rescheduled a pickup.

If you wish to pay with cash at the time of pickup, please make that note to the auctioneer when registering for the auction. Also if you have requested to pay in cash at the time of pickup, but fail to come and pickup your items on the scheduled pickup day, we will run your credit card on file at the end of the scheduled pickup day for your items.

Unless alternate pick up arrangements are made, any items left after the pick up date will be charged $5.00 per lot per day of storage, then after 3 days with no arrangements made will be considered abandoned and forfeited with no refund and items will become the property of Rocking T Auction.

Buyers who do not pick up their items or do no pay for them will be barred from future auctions - no exceptions! We are not your banker and not your storage unit!!

Sorry we only provide shipping to the lower 48 states. No international shipping.

Rocking T Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issures during the course of the auction. We also reserve the right to bid on items for individuals who are unable to bid by internet and have left bids with us for items they desire.

Our auctions have a staggered closing time, meaning each lot closes at a staggered time - not all lots close all at once. Our auction uses a soft close method, meaning if an item is bid on with under a minute left, that bidding for that item is extended by one minute allowing other bidders a chance to bid.
