This is an Online Bidding Only auction format.

* Removal of items from our auction house day of auction Tuesday 12pm - 4:30pm & Wednesday 10am - 4pm, Closed Thursday & Friday due to other auction appointments.
* Titles released once payment has cleared bank (immediate release of title with cash payment or bank wire transfer).
* Please plan on bringing help to load furniture or bulky items.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed.
* NOTE: Out of State buyers may be required to pay with Check if buying coins, silver, gold, etc.
* 15% Buyer's premium rate charged to all winning bids in this auction.
* 7% Indiana sales tax added to ALL purchases (instate & out of state), unless current tax exempt info is provided.
* CASH payment is PREFERRED. Checks are accepted w/2 forms of ID, credit cards with additional fee.
* Out of state buyers may be required to pay with a check via US Mail (at auction company discretion).
* Credit cards on file may be immediately charged the balance due UNLESS you make other payment arrangements with our office the day the auction ends.
* Kenny Bland Auctions may reserve the right to reject any bid at it's sole discretion.
* Local pickup only unless otherwise noted, Limited shipping available on small items.
* Bidding is "ebay style" with a soft close, the highest bid shall prevail.
* We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction bidding.
* Goods left more than 30-days at our facility are subject to resale without notice for storage fees.
