# 2 Purchaser must be available to sign the terms and conditions the evening of the auction and give a check or wire in the amount of $20,000.00 . The terms can be signed in person or emailed and signed electronically.
# 3 Buyer will pay all the PA State & Local Transfer tax as well as the closing costs. Real Estate taxes will be prorated.
# 4 When registering to bid online, PA Auction Center requires a valid credit card on. Once credit card information had been provided PA Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge up to $5000.00 to the card if you are the high bidder. This amount minus a 3% processing fee will be considered a nonrefundable deposit towards the purchase price. If the credit card on file is declined, then a partial amount will be charged to the card and considered a deposit on the purchase.
# 5 Property will be sold subject to seller confirmation.
