Packing Materials: No packing materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap) are provided. Ensure you bring your own materials and confirm you have all items before leaving the auction site. We are not responsible for items left behind. Large Item Removal: Bring adequate assistance for removing large items, as on-site staff cannot guarantee help with lifting, carrying, or moving auction items. If you require staff assistance, a $100 fee per bidder applies for moving, lifting, or carrying items on your behalf. Larger items may be located on upper or lower levels of private homes. Plan accordingly with an appropriately sized vehicle and assistance. No-Show Policy Invoices not paid and items not picked up by the end of the removal period will be marked as No Shows. Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. No Shows risk having their K-BID account locked and may incur penalty fees to reinstate their account.
