IMPORTANT NOTICE: By registering for this auction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the following terms and conditions. Do not bid unless you accept these terms in full. No exceptions will be made.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults and no warranties or guarantees. A 13% buyer's premium applies to all winning bids. 8% sales tax will be added unless a valid resale certificate is provided before the auction ends. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

All participants must register prior to bidding. By registering, bidders affirm they have inspected the items to their satisfaction or have voluntarily waived that right. Bidding constitutes a legal and binding contract to purchase the item(s) if you are the winning bidder. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or revoke any bid or bidder registration at their sole discretion.
A non-refundable deposit of up to $2,000 will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card immediately after the auction closes. For purchases under $2,000, full payment is due immediately after the auction. Remaining balances must be paid in full on pick-up day. No items will be released without full payment.

All transactions are final and non-reversible. By registering and bidding, the bidder authorizes John T. Henry Auction Co. to charge the credit card on file for all purchases, including applicable buyer's premiums, taxes, and fees. This authorization is valid and irrevocable for all invoices associated with the bidder's account. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. The bidder expressly waives any right to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through their bank or credit card company. Any attempt to reverse or dispute a valid charge will be considered a breach of these terms and conditions and may be treated as fraud.

Proof of delivery by the carrier, including verified tracking or signature confirmation, constitutes full and final performance by John T. Henry Auction Co. Once delivery is confirmed, the buyer waives any right to claim non-receipt or file a chargeback on that basis. If a third-party shipper such as Carolina Relocation Services LLC is used, the buyer understands and agrees that shipping is handled directly between the buyer and the shipper. John T. Henry Auction Co. is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays after the item has been released to the shipper. Shipping arrangements do not alter the finality of the sale.

The registered bidder is responsible for maintaining control of their account and payment information. All bids placed under a registered account are binding. Claims of unauthorized use will not release the bidder from payment responsibility. Any bidder initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will be liable for a $100 administrative fee, any processing or legal fees incurred by John T. Henry Auction Co., and the full value of the disputed funds. The auction company reserves the right to permanently suspend bidding privileges, report fraudulent chargebacks to law enforcement, and pursue recovery of all costs through collections or legal action.

Pick-up will be held Friday, October 17th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Buyers will receive a confirmation text after the auction to arrange pick-up or shipping. All buyers are responsible for the removal and transport of their items. Shipping is available through Carolina Relocation Services LLC. Buyers must reply to their paid-in-full invoice on pick-up day to request shipping. Any items not picked up by the end of the scheduled time will be deemed abandoned and may be resold with no refund to the original buyer.
