Please do not bid on an item unless you can pick it up on the scheduled day and time. You can send someone in your place.

TERMS:
Buyer premium of 10%. All items sold as is and where is.

INSPECTION:
Buyers are encouraged to inspect all pictures and descriptions of the item/items. Bidders are responsible for making their own decisions.

REGISTRATION:
To bid, buyers must be registered.

ALL SALES FINAL – NO RETURNS

BUYER’S PREMIUM:
There is a 10% “Buyer’s Premium,” which is to be paid in addition to the hammer price. 

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX:
All purchases are subject to the California state tax of 7.25% (calculated on the total sale, i.e., hammer price plus buyer’s premium) unless the buyer has a valid exemption which must be on file with us before the end of the auction.

PURCHASED GOODS REMOVAL & RESPONSIBILITY:
All items not picked up at the scheduled time will be forfeited. Bring help and packing materials as needed.

SHIPPING:
Most Items can be shipped unless noted otherwise. Shipping must be arranged before the scheduled pick-up date.
For small items, a shipping fee of $5.00 per lot plus the combined shipping cost will be billed separately. This would include packaging, handling, and insurance.
The shipping process can take up to 7-10 business days.

Freight Shipping Large Items:
Freight shipping can be arranged.
There is a $100 Palletizing fee per pallet. Multiple lots can be included and shipped together on a single pallet.
The palletizing fee covers wood pallets, shipping blankets, pallet wrap, and handling.
We will bill for the pallet fees separately. You will pay the arranged freight company directly.
Freight must be picked up within 3 weeks of the auction end.
