1. Bidding Agreement By placing a bid, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this listing. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. 2. Payment The winning bidder’s credit card on file will be charged immediately following the close of the auction unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and cash upon pickup (if noted in the sale terms). 3. Pickup & Removal All items must be picked up at the designated time and location listed in the auction. Buyers are responsible for packing, loading, and removing all items. Please bring appropriate assistance and supplies. 4. Failure to Pick Up Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window may be forfeited without refund, or subject to additional storage/disposal fees at our discretion. 5. Shipping (If Applicable) Shipping is available only if stated in the listing. If shipping is requested, buyer is responsible for all packing and shipping costs. 6. Condition of Items Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed. Previewing items in person is strongly recommended when available. No refunds or exchanges. 7.
