Cash and carry only.

No buyer’s premium.

No checks or credit cards accepted.

Buyers purchase both the locker and its contents.

Loading: Lockers will be loaded onto your flatbed trailer. No additional loading assistance provided. Please bring your own help and vehicles.

Removal: All items must be removed on sale day. Any items left behind will become property of Double A Auction & Realty.

Right of Redemption: Storage fees may be paid and units redeemed by tenants prior to the sale date, per applicable law. We will post any redeemed lots here. Additional lots may be added.
