-Nothing to be removed until settled for. All items must be removed by Sat. Nov 22nd. Loader will be available day of sale til dark and Sunday the 16th from 11am to 4 pm. Exception: All buyers purchasing items online through Equip Facts will need to make arrangements with auction company for payment & pick up.
- Titles will be prepared for transfer with new owner's information. It is the buyer's responsibility to identify the appropriate information to process. Dealers will be required to provide license # for exemption.
- Sales tax paid on titled vehicles will be the buyer's responsibility at the time of transfer.
- Item(s) will be available for inspection from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST on Friday, November 14th, 2025. Any other inspection will be by appointment only. Please call/text 303-548-4042, 303-549-6552, or 303-710-1214 to schedule.
- We do our very best to describe items as we see them and make bidders aware of any damage that compromises its quality. Videos will be posted on operational rolling stock, and we attempt to post 10+ pictures of each item to assist those who are unable to inspect on site. If at any time you have questions or concerns, please contact us prior to bidding, and we will be happy to provide any additional details that we may have missed.

- Cash, certified funds, or pre-approved personal/business check day of sale. All checks totaling over $10,000 must be accompanied by a letter of credit reference from your bank at time of payment (day of sale). Visa, MC and Discover accepted.

AUCTION TERMS IF BIDDING ONLINE THROUGH EQUIPMENT FACTS:
- Wired funds will be required for all items purchased online.
- With a Sat 11/15 sale, payments MUST BE received within 2 business days (Tue 11/18/25). Any exceptions must be communicated PRIOR to placing bid(s).
- Payment to be made by WIRE TRANSFER ($15 fee) or CREDIT CARD (5% fee). If prospective buyer's only means of payment is by CHECK, it MUST be overnight mailed to our auction office and funds MUST clear before any agreement is made to allow purchases to leave the premise. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Due to potential fraud, wire transfer info will no longer be shared by email. Winning bidders can call 303-549-6552 for wire information or our auction staff will provide this information to winning bidders by phone on Monday morning 11/17/25.
- Non-paying bidders will be reported and subject to a charge of 5% of the final bid to compensate auction company for lost wages.
- This is a live onsite auction being held in Keenesburg, CO. Winning bidders will have 14 days from completion of auction to pick up purchases. A loader will be available onsite for load out through Sunday 11/16/25. Loader can be made available additional days but MUST BE scheduled with the auction company in advance. Buyers needing additional time to remove purchases MUST BE coordinated prior to placing bid(s). Any item(s) not picked up within posted time frame without previous communication regarding an alternative pick up time will be forfeited with no refund.
