Auction Preview / Pick-up / Load-Out Preview Dates - October 13th, 14th & 15th From 12-4pm (We are open for more availability if you make arrangements for this) Pick-Up Dates October 20th - 24th Pickup by appointment only. Time slots available between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Important Loadout Rules: All items must be removed during these dates unless prior arrangements are made. No exceptions will be made for late pickups without approval. We will not accommodate container loading during the loadout week. That service will resume the following week. Failure to schedule a removal time in advance will result in a $50 loading fee. Forklifts will be available to assist in loading; please be patient and allow extra time during peak hours. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during loading. Payment Terms All invoices must be paid in full before pick-up.
