If you are unable to make the Thursday pickup, an additional pickup date/time will be Saturday October 25, from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. NO OTHER TIMES/DATES ARE AVAILABLE TO PICK ITEMS UP! If you are unable to meet these times/date. Auctioneers may be available to move the items to our facility in Custer, at additional cost to the buyer, however, you must contact us during or prior to Thursday's scheduled loadout time.� If you are unable to meet the settlement terms, we ask that you do not disappoint yourself, please do not bid on KOTSCHEVAR items. We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. We will not charge over $900 on a credit card. You will need to set up a wire transfer.

Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.

All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. $10 doc fee per bidder for titled vehicles. 10 day holding period and doc fee waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIREARMS

You must be 21 years of age and a resident of the State of South Dakota to purchase any pistols, OR you will need to ship to and transfer through an FFL dealer in the state which you are a current resident of.

Firearms must be PAYED IN FULL before pickup. No additional fees if possession is taken during scheduled settlement.
