All bidders are responsible to know what item they are bidding on.
The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Everything MUST be PAID IN FULL by Thursday, February 19th at 3pm or the credit card on file will be charged.

Items must be picked up within 2 business days of the auction end, unless an appointment is made with the auction company.

Buyers Premiums:
14% per item for all items won via HiBid (6% Discount for Cash, Wire Transfer by Thursday, February 19th at 3pm)(ALL CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED AFTER 3PM ON THURSDAY WITH NO DISCOUNTS!!)

All Items must be removed within 2 business days or are subject to a $25 per day, per item storage fee! Items must be paid for by Thursday, February 19th at 3pm.

We will have forklifts for heavy items, but most items will need to be loaded by you.

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
