The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Items must be picked within 2 business days of the auction end, unless an appointment is made with the auction company.

Buyers Premiums:
14% per item for all items won via HiBid (6% Discount for Cash, Wire Transfer or ACH by Friday, November 21st at 3pm)(ALL CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED AFTER 3PM ON FRIDAY WITH NO DISCOUNTS!!)

All Items must be removed within 2 business days or are subject to a $25 per day, per item storage fee! Items must be paid for by Friday, November 21st by 3pm or are subject to a $25 per day late fee.

We will have forklifts for heavy items, but most items will need to be loaded by you.

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
