This is part two for this nice home in El Dorado! We are showing you all the parts of the home that are of value. If you are a builder, a landlord, a flipper, or a contractor, check this out! Everything that can be removed will be removed - from the front door to the back door, from the floor to the ceiling fans! Put your next project together economically! This home was recently remodeled. All items are quality and well-built in. Just look at the kitchen! Remember, the cabinets are adaptable! We have done this before, and our customers got some great deals and good items! Pickup day is for all winners to pay their invoice, regardless of appointment date. See below! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
All winners will be expected to pickup on loadout day, but those that win larger items will be granted flexible appointments. All must pay on pickup day. Of course, credit cards over the phone, Pay Pal, Venmo, and wire transfer can be done as well. You don’t have to drive to us. Although, you will want to, to size up the scope of the job. There are certain lots/items that need to be removed LAST! Here is a list of them: 509,522,523,534,535,540,545,546.
Pay attention to them! The descriptions indicate the same! You have the largest, most cumbersome items to remove and will be allowed more time to remove them than the others on their one-day pickup. Please be patient and work with us to roll this along smoothly.
